Is it true that the N70 is HSDPA enabled but not advertised as such?

I heard that the N70 can do HSDPA but Vodacom choose not to allow N70 3G users access to HSDPA anymore.

Does anybody know more about this?
 
As far as I know the N70 only has 3G support and the N95 will be their first phone to support HSDPA.

N95 will have all the following:
HSDPA
3G
WCDMA
Wi-Fi
Quad-Band GSM
Bluetooth
IrDA
USB 2.0
5MP camera
GPS
TV Out
Audio Out Jack

The only Nokia that had HSDPA capability is the Nokia N95
