I have been a DSL user in SouthAfrica for some time now and have been with many different ISP's, I have never ever ever come accross an ISP that is as effeciant as WEBAFRICA. With my 10Gig WebAfrica Acc I never get less than my full line speed and sometimes when im lucky i get more than my advertised line speed.:eek:

When changing accounts yesterday from the 5gig to 10gig i had 400mb prepaid left over, which will normally get lost when changing accounts. Not with them, i was credited with 1Gig prepaid more than double of what i had left.

They also have the most advanced Customer Support offering various ways to contact them ie through phone,irc,icq,msn or even a live chat applet on their site. *Trust me customer support matters and all other ISP's ive been with, to name a few "OpenWeb", "Cybersmart" when I phoned them for support my calls were unawnsered. And when they eventually were a snotty mouthed rep would make himself useless:confused: .

So with all that in mind WebAfrica offers the best service for the LOWEST PRICE.

IE WEBAFRICA = BEST SERVICE / MONEY (by far) :D

Web Africa is a RoleModel to all other SA ISP's

Agreed and disagreed.

I to am a WA client and yes I agree that their service is impecable, but I have to diagree with you including Openweb with the the rest of those who offer bad service. IMHO i think that both WA and Openweb lead the way when it comes to service.

Thanks guys, if it were not for guys like you, ADSL would really suck.
 
Webafrica have always been the best.

I must say, they are excellent and support matters.

Now they just need free dynamic dns services and were all set :)
 
I also disagree with including openweb in your post.

I have never had anything but excellent service from Openweb.
 
Webafrica have given me amazing service. They're fast, efficient and extremely easy to use. Sounds a bit like an advert but they are excellent :D I had problems with them once (sorta) and they fixed it so fast.

i just signed up with webafrica today. they were really helpful in helping me setup my modem and get me conncected.

great service well done!

Those of us how know Openweb and have spoken to Equinox or any of the others there, know that this is bllsht.
Also, if you speak like you spell, they didn't understand you.:p
 
openweb is good, webafrica is just better :)
