Hi fellow Citizens!
Like every year the ORF Skichallenge is on, during the Ski World Cup. Now I know most of the South Africans don't even know what snow looks like
, but this could be a very fun challenge.
On http://skichallenge.orf.at you can download the game for FREE. Once downloaded you can register your name and then participate in the Challenge. Qualifying is always about 14 days before the actual race. And then when the real life race is on, people can actually race.
We need to break the Austrian dominance in the game. Only a hand full of Swiss guys have managed to reach the top ranks.
The game does not need much bandwidth. It just checks for updates when you start it, and then when a new track is opened. Once you have finished a race it will submit your time, so that you can race against ghosts to improve times.
Whoever is going to play - send me a PM and I will invite them to the Team South Africa!
