I use my work postal address for my Telkom account.

I am leaving at the end of December.

I phone Telkom to change my postal address to my home address (where my ADSL connection is).

Something so simple thing right ? :rolleyes:

NO. I am told they cannot change it because my security estate does not exist !!!!!!

I'm moving home soon. I have 3 lines. 2 have ADSL on them. All I want them to do is move 1 line at a time and I will pay them their bloody installation fee 3 times. Think they will get it right?
 
Considering I waited 3 months to get mine moved 2 kms away I wouldn't hold my breath.
 
My installation date was yesterday. *mumble*

Maybe they're sending a technician down by donkey-cart from windhoek
