Unable to Manage 2 ADSL connections in 1 pc?

system having:-
OS windows xp sp2
INTERNET TYPE ADSL
ISP :- DATAONE
COUNTRY :- INDIA

PROBLEM:-

I have 2 broadband (ADSL) connections. 1 is Working. and another one is issuing an error message

ERROR 691:
access was denied because the username and/ or password was invalid on the domain.
eVen though i have checked the id and password both are correct. I'm unable to connect to the internet.

Is How can i manage 2 ADSL broadband internet connection. ??
Is there any software available ?
Please let me know Soon...

The error you're providing indicates that something is wrong with the second connection. I suggest you phone your ISP to confirm the details and that there are no problems on their side.
 
Yip, how long ago was it that you registered with the ISP that you're trying to login with?
