Modern Combat or 2142 in Cape Town XBOX 360

Hi guys
Anyone know where in Cape Town I can purchase either or both of these games?

There's no 2142 for the 360, but I've seen the PC version at Canal Walk, at both Computer Shops. Haven't actually seen Modern combat anywhere.
 
Don't bother with modern combat, I rented it out on PS2 for a few days, and it REALLY sucks. Stick wit BF2 on PC.
