PCMCIA to PCI Adapter "saga"

The saga continues... I am battling to find a retailer that can sell me a "Desktop PC" adapter to take my Vodafone 3G data card. Am I correct to assume that my HSDPA data card is 32-bit, hence I cannot use a "USB" type connection? Where can I find such an adapter?
