Two things annoying me first, it has to be www.mtn.co.za you get nothing with mtn.co.za have we not come of age

Secondly: Search our REAL DEALS = We have no Contract offers online for All phones.
So, do I go to another cell phone provider or stay with my 3 year old phone?

though it is interesting that MTN isn't offering any specials at the moment. Wonder what the reason for that might be?

Thx pitbull,

but people like me don't want to go to some shop to find out what the specials are. I prefer to see the availability online. that's what websites are supposedly for. Not that I really care in this instance, I'm just waiting for MTN HO to get TyTn stock;) .

But it is interesting that MTNSP are not promoting any specials on the internet at the moment.

I Think that maybe the Interpretation is wrong.

What they mean by Online specials is that if you apply online your entiteled to certain specials. That there is non @ the moment.

However The retail specials you can view online (Some of them) via the link provided (Only available in store). I think this is the problem here.

Hope this helps... ;)

Hmmm,

I think you're right.

1. I'm used to seeing the odd 10 or so "online specials". None now.
2."On the link provided... click the bottom Tab "Yello Summer - Retail Specials""
no such "tab" shown on my screen?
I go to the link and there is talk of retail specials, but no such specials are actually show.

Weird?

The Yellow tab says the following....

Y'ello Summer!
View the retail specials
on Offer, or go to your nearest
MTN connect store for more.

Click on that

Iv'e also found MTNs online "offerings" lacking [nevermind that, i still struggle getting to the offerings, lots of confusing/hidden/badly placed links]. I'm comparing this to

http://www.vodacomdirect.co.za ....this is what MTN should consider getting, something that's done properly [as seen on the Vodacom site]. Sure you will get
other/better/different deals if you go to a shop, but sometimes you just want to see what packages are there and what to expect.

Hell even Virgin got a better online selection....

Ok now there I won't argue... I also agree that we need a Better web design... I agree 300 %

OK, excuse me if I'm being an idiot here (entirely possible), but I do the following:

Goto top yellow tabs - "shop" - "retail specials".

And nothing. no specials shown, no "yello summer" tab, buggerall, nada, niks.

how now?

Try this link:
http://www.mtnsp.co.za/?pid=145

On the Retail Specials page there is an "advertisement" on the bottom middle which takes you to the specials, basically its a picture which you need to click [it doesn't look like a link at first]

...but if you got a firewall like mine..the ad might be blocked ;)
