The team at Webafrica is replying between 5-10mins on all my querys, thats from New Years now, not to sure about Openweb. But they should be at the office, I think.

We worked right through the festive season (emails).
We reply to every single email we receive.

It was a payment confirmation e-mail, but this should have been the first month of a debit order, since last month was a direct-deposit.
I will look and see if I still have the payment confirmation, and then re-send the e-mail.
