I've just switched from Hellskom to Axxess and would like to find out how the capping works on a unshaped account, seeing that I was on a 3gig shaped account but was able to go well over my limit.

Nope, unshaped accounts as far as I have heard are also relaxed.

Just how relaxed tho are they ... I basically play WOW and dont want to get to the middle of the month and PING - Cut off.

If any one has any figures from there Axxess accounts, would be appreciated.

Relaxed capping only applies to Telkom. Other ISP's will cap you when you reach your limit.
