Well the EULA says you can't farm and your account will get banned too... I don't think they are trying to catch out the odd person like this who is selling their game. Second, unless the seller reported it how are they ever going to know?
 
people have been selling accounts and cd keys pretty freely IN the game... so ye...

And WTF is up with selling runescape accounts in GW!!! :mad:
