Isn't it funny how MTN is always unofficial with their announcements...
Disorganised?
He he - you're too quick for me pitbull... notice my thread changed 8:29am (before you posted 8:31am)...
Not only is it just expensive it is unreachable for online gaming. I wouldn't even consider this product until the bandwidth price drops to around ten cents a meg and below. This is a realistic view and Vodacom can shove it before they try to sell any other offer to me.
And those subscribers are purely business or low usage consumers. They are never going to market this for gaming and other high end, intensive internet applications. Anyone would be a fool to pay those prices and sign a 24 month contract on those terms as well.
So sorry for you Vodacom nothing doing here...you can fascinate us with nice products but you can do nothing further...what a shame!! At least you are making some profit on 100 000 suckers. But not Ia high-end user.
I don't think it matters if it is 1.8, 3.6, 7.2 or instantaneous.
At R500/Gig speed you just can't afford to do anything that will actually make use of the extra speed. So why bother?
... and "they" will try to baffle us with bull**** as to various "valid" technical reasons why we can't go straight to 14.4 or even 7.2, but no, you have to go 3.6 then 7.2 ...
