I think those stats are rigged - wasn't it 99.9% :p

Papi has failed me. Today, in particular, he has failed to make Telkom more customer centric, more service oriented; he has failed to make Telkom a delight to deal with. I spit on Telkom. I spit on the fact that I have to wait up to three weeks for my ADSL line fault to be prepared.

My thoughts exactly :D But do we really want that rabbit after it's been u know where :eek:

Better get some nose pegs and latex gloves ;)
 
Didn't know about the poll until now, have added my vote Yes, Papi is a miserable failure & needs to have his R5m bonus withheld.

It seems only 2% were DoC employees, and a further 3% were not entirely sure if Papi's pillar of customer centricity existed or not...

Must be the case. You always get strange anomalies when it comes to stats. I can't think of a person that would vehemently declare that Telkom had succeeded in any positive way so far. Succeeded in bleeding the country dry and stunting economic and social development maybe...

naaw is east to understand, depending on the math used ,telkom maths or chinese maths.
