Sentech plans to stir up the broadband market

The so called improve service better very well priced, after the previous viasco with their previous packages i would be reluctant to go anywhere near them again.

Sucktech confused ?

These clowns are something else.
1st they didn't want customers - and told us all to leave or else...

And now they want to "stir up the market", and at the same time regain lost customers ?

Hell, they couldn't stir a pot of coffee with any competence, what chance do they have in stirring up the market ?

I would rather take my modem, and hammer it up their backsides using sand as a lubricant, that go back to them !

And stay down!!!

Where do you guys @ sentech get off??

Did u get another coffin of taxpayers money to play with? You are highly incompetent bunch of cash burners!!!!

In a 'real market' you would be dead and gone year and a half ago.

Word of advice for you
STOP WAISTING TAX MONEY AND GO AWAY!!!!!!!!1

Here we go again another plans to .....

Well said.

Well if its 5 cents a meg and local latency of less than 60ms then count me in :) I also expect consistency and good service. :D lets see how far Sentech are from this

Marcel Steyn?

What happened to Winston Smith?

Out with the old, in with the new.

Why don't they just do it and stop talking about doing it.

Will never even give them a cent more of my money..... they can pay me to use there offering, can't call it service, they can't even keep to a contract..

Problem withsentech is there are too many depaertments and too many people trying to be managers

They would have to provide at least halve the offering at halve the price or the full offering at the standard price for me to even consider them. And this is in tune with world class offerings. Considering they can't even keep a contract they would have to let that go too. Then there is the little matter of their hardware prices.

hahahaah, this must be the funniest thing I've read all year, whahahwhahwahwhhahwahwhahwhahahaahahaaha

So Sentech is trying to make itself out to be a broadband messiah or something? ic through this false broadband prophet, or should that be Ivy's new profit centre...

Coverage...still no MyWireless coverage in my area some 3 to 4 years after MyWireless was initially launched in 2003, and I should add that I am between Randburg and Fourways, and Sentech's HQ is in Fourways...it's a case of Sentech's MyWireless not being well received in its hometown...

Good that the speed is being increased, but what about latency being decreased and stabilised? will one be able to reliably use MyWireless for VoIP? - I sometimes use Vodacom's HSDPA for Skype, and it works just as well as it usually does on ADSL, will MyWireless be able to match HSDPA's better latency?

Will have to wait and see about the unspecified price promises...

I am sick and tired of people and companies telling world+dog that they're the best since sliced bread, and plan to make inroads on the South African telecommunications/whatevahhhh market, and nothing gets done.

Sick and tired, do you hear me!

Stop waffling and start doing something, we are tired of hot air and empty promises.

What we, as consumers, would like to see :

 • Lower prices
 • Higher speeds
 • No caps - or larger caps
 • Unshaped access
 • Service Level Agreements for businesses

Should you have the guts to offer this to us, the consumer, we will stand by you, no matter what happens.

Thank you.

Another irritated consumer.
