MXit reaches the 3 million mark

Oh look, 3 million more people oblivious as to what's going on around them :D
 
ICQ and MSN have been available on cell phones for ages (way before mxit). I still don't understand what the recipe behind mxit is as I have never seen the need with being able to IM using other protocols.

Good for them though. Good to see a local company doing so well.

mxit aint that bad....

But the taffic they move per day must be alot more than 5gigs..

5000mb / 3mil users = 0.0016666666666666666666666666666667mb per day..

I know mxit doesnt use alot of BW but i rate its more than that.. i will see how much i use in a day on mxit..
 
How many of those people use it every day? How many are active registrations etc?
 
I agree that ul find alot of those accounts are inactive.. but still.. its alot of sign ups...

Anyhow my logs dont show data.. shows how much that session cost..

Ive used 35c on mxit today..

I reckon it's because they've made it easier/more user friendly to get and use.

As well as just being pretty much kickass and stable.
