Johannesburg - South Africa's second fixed-line operator Neotel has enlisted Motorola to plan its wireless networks so the newcomer can better compete with former monopoly Telkom.
Motorola said on Tuesday it won a contract to provide radio frequency planning for Neotel's wireless networks, which will include emerging high-speed technology WiMax and CDMA - a technology popular in the United States.
