For those of you who do not already know, Sysinternals was bought out by M$ and I thought for a second we were going to loose some valuable tools. However, this section contains better and more versions of those tools and all for free. I find it a very useful link sometimes.

http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sysinternals/default.mspx

Many freeware tools to diagnose your computer, investigate and repair M$ issues.

EDIT: Beware, some of these tools are extremely dangerous to your system if used incorrectly, make sure you understand whats happening. Other tools are pretty straight forward.

Thanks

Now if I could just work out what they all do. What happens if....

Yep, I make use of Autoruns and Process Explorer. I read last year or so that they were bought out by the Evil (TM).

And in true M$ fashion, the archive for Process Explorer is double in size :)

Funny thing is when I download it Mcafee screams and deletes it??
