Well Hi-Fi corp claim that their stuff isn't grey, so it would be interesting to see whether or not they declare it as such.

Like i said somewhere else, "authorised distributors" is just a way of making/skiming money off of someone elses products.
They take just as long to fix problems, have to book it in for weeks, so I dont see how its different from grey products excepts its more expensive...

Oh yeah, almsot forgot, never by stuff from greys. If they cant keep their UFOs flying without crashing, why do you want their other crap in your house?
..but HiFi have always said that their stuff is a 'parallel import' and I see the regulation includes those too. HiFi do have a notice to that effect in their stores.
