Dear Subscriber

Due to TelkomInternet‘s constant quest to improve our service to you, we will be executing system maintenance. This will regrettably result in service interruptions.

The downtime period will be Sunday morning the 18th February 2007 at 4 a.m. It should be completed by 5 a.m. the same morning. Should you already be connected to the Internet during this time, the impact will be limited to no access to our email and hosting services.

Should you attempt to logon to the Internet during this period, you will in all likelihood be denied access.

Please feel free to contact our technical support call centre on 10215 should you have any queries in this regard.

Once again, apologies for the inconvenience caused by this exercise and we ask you to be patient during this period.

Just so everyone indeed does know.
 
I cant personally see any issues today as of yet, but no there shouldnt be a problem with TelkomInternet today.

This was, as far as my knowledge, the first email teslcum sent out to let people know about down time, this is in my 2 years experience on adsl.

Strange, what are monopolies coming to these days? :D ;) :p

Thats probably cause this was their first planned downtime and system maintenance they've had in over 2 years :)

The rest were all system failures.
 
They were all system failures due to not actually doing any system maintenance
