I've been seeing eye-popping speeds the last couple of days. I just did a 2MB speed test which looked like this:

I'm now consistently downloading at 50 - 100 KB per second.

I'm very glad that I stuck around. Even at the new tarriff I still feel that R1K for 10GB is a rip-off but at least this thing now f***s off! I should probably have kept this all to myself as the huge speed is probably partly related to the fact that Sentech now probably know the few subscribers that they've got left on a first name basis and this type of performance might lure more people back to them.
 
If only they would give the speed boost to their existing Classic customers

Sure. I think it's mostly, if not only, NoWire customers who can still enjoy the Classic package, at the same old price.

But alas, with no speed increase, yet :(
 
I must concur; speeds on MyWireless Flexi are now truly 1mbit/s... consistently. Sentech have finally taken a step in the right direction. Now if only they will continue with it.

Oh yes, it's also fantastic having 384k/sec upload speed too. Heh!
