Is anyone here having issues logging in to sites overseas? I can't log into Rubyforge (http://rubyforge.org) and other SA users report the same issue. After entering the login/password we're just routed back to the same login page. The site is working 100% for people in the US and Europe. I've used different browsers and OS's and it's the same issue.
The only thing I can think of is there's something wonky happening on the SAIX transparent proxy with SSL connections/pages although other sites that use it (like GMail) work fine.
