Anybody Using Iburst in the following areas???

Loumar,Stikland,Labiance or De La haye.....

How's the coverage??
 
Guy just dropped off my gear at work....gave me a free omni antenna

btw, did you check their maps for coverage?
 
did not connect the omni yet and speedtest says 956kbps :D
 
Sounds great. You might not even have a need for the omni, check out the readings from UTtracestar to see if it gives any real benefit.

Now I really envy you.. you live in Stikland AND have a great iBurst connection :p
 
Checked again this morning 996kbps Dl - 267kbps upload :D

Thats a good speed you have so leave it like that as thats as good as it will get.:)

Adding the omni could make it jump back and forth between base stations, besides it won't make it any faster.:eek:

Well according to the coverage maps i'm in poor coverage area :p
 
Makes me wonder how they did those coverage maps since I am also according to the map in a not-so-good coverage area yet I get full speed most the time.:rolleyes:
 
Buddy of mine tested his iBurst modem from work at home...According to map he's in the white (no coverage)...he got 899kbps dl on the speedtest ;)

Same here... according to the map I'm in a poorly-covered area, yet the test revealed that I've got an excellent signal...

hrm...
 
Maybe they got mixed up and the white area is the high speed section.:rolleyes: :p
