Good Day to the People,

I need to get DSTV but dont want to pay for the Dish and Decoder. I dont mind payng for the installation. Does anybody know any specials going on where I can get a free Decoder and Dish. Any help is much appreciated.

I've never seen them free. These decoders are quite cheap by international standards anyway. The 2nd hand shops have quite a few and the DSTV site also hosts a classifieds section.

You will pay for it in the end. No such thing as a free lunch.

Dare I mention them, but HiFi Corp have the cheapest standard decoder (with dish and install) for around R500. That's quite close to the price in many CashConverters.

Game is quite nice with DSTV aswell, they have a company doing the installations. Think its R599 for the basic decoder and then R700 for the dish and installation.

Just to add that the dish with these deals tends to be the cheap tinny variety, rather than the quality fibreglass 'Visiosat' one.
