iBurst advised that because we have a 36 month contract and because the new 500mb bonus only applies to 24 month contracts we didn't qualify.
One phone call to Dion and it was all sorted and now we also get the 500mb extra.

Yeah that's taking a risk since the contract might outlast the company.:p :rolleyes:

iBurst have a LOT to learn about marketing, and realising that if they specify something in a marketing blurb they need to follow through, otherwise they may find themselves being sued for breach of contract. :(
 
With a 36 month contract, whats the deal if you dont have a modem and you cancel? Do you still have to pay the outstanding amount back to the company?
