IS International - slow since Monday!

What is up with the IS international ADSL speeds - since Monday there is massive packet loss, pathetic latency and general slow speeds. You have to refresh a page about 10-20 times before it loads eventually. My international downloads on a uncapped 1MB ISDSL line also max out at 10kB/s.

Location: Bellville (Cape Town)
ISP: IS ADSL 1024MB uncapped business

Anybody else experiencing this?

IS has been very crappy this month, SAIX flies like a bird compared to IS any day.
 
Yes. On IS business DSL at work and 2 IS ADSL accounts at home. I have chalked it up to IS being completely useless.

I am almost convinced that IS are more useless than telkom. That is saying something.

UPDATE: One of our international 155 Meg links is flapping.
IMPACT: Slow international browsing
STATUS: IS and Telco engineers investigating.
