Well i've went to power options and set 'hibernate' when the power button is pressed. I guess my PC does not like this, instead choses to go for 'standby'. But now, nothing would wake't up from standby, not a keyboard/mouse press neither a power button press. This forces me to press+hold for power off which will eventually damage windows...

I hate Vista u know! But then agai i love it too:) Actually, i'm confused:eek:

Well just leave it on its new Sleep mode which was the default. It works well for me, but I prefer it to just power off instead now.

Quick fix.

1. Backup all important documents.
2. Format Vista partition.
3. Install XP.

No more problems.

Bawhahaaaaaaa I have the solution in my brain :D :)

1. Right click on the desktop
2. Goto Properties
3. Goto Screensaver
4. Under the Monitor power goto the Button called Power...
5. Goto Advanced
6. and have a lookie at the Power Buttons
7. Set it as the way you like it
8. Hit Apply
