iBurst Gardens & Sea Point towers degraded

If anyone on the forum is connected to the Gardens & Sea Point towers, could you please post your speeds?

I am receiving poor speeds not exceeding 200 kbps on both towers...

It was not too bad my side when you posted your message last night, but this morning it's really crawling again similar to yesterday morning.

I'm wondering if my tower is not perhaps becoming overloaded, either that or iBurst is going down the tubes fast.
In general this is the third week browsing has been well below standard, I still have to test downloading this morning even though in general it does not seem to have been affected as badly as browsing which does not make sense.

EDIT: I just tested downloading a 40mb file with FlashGet and it seemed acceptable at between 840kbps and 980kbps, yet trying to edit this post I got timeout, maybe someone here can explain to me why browsing the past few weeks has been so bad as it makes no sense to me.

HI, It could simply be because INternet requires backbone connectivity to the est of the world and South Africa is basically at the end of the world with very little fibre optic connection or satellite to the rest of the Internet world. The result is Internet traffic gets jammed just like peak traffic trying to go down a small road after work.

That would apply if it was only an international problem, but local browsing is also affected and been slow with timeouts for the past 3 weeks, yet downloading seems fairly acceptable both local and international.
