Any new towers in Port Elizabeth

Missing the cover area by 4 houses does not mean you will not be covered, the best is to get iBurst or a reseller to come out and test signal strength at your house.
As for new towers, who knows when they will be adding more in your area.
As for feedback by email from iBurst, well you'll be lucky if you ever see a reply.

Thanks. It is just sad that iburts does not want to call back a client. The map shows i am out of cover area.

There are a lot of customers "out" of the cover area according to the maps yet they have good signal strength, the maps are just a guide, a very poor guide as such since according to the map I should be getting around half the speed yet I get a full 1mbps most the time with downloading.

As for returning a clients call, well thats a different matter which iBurst needs to attend to asap.

Thanks will try.
Is your service any good.

Mine has been generally good for the past 2yrs with excellent download speeds, but for the past +_3weeks my browsing speeds have dropped off badly, but that seems to be the same for a lot of customers in Cape Town.

Hopefully we can get iBurst to sort it out soon even though they don't seem to know what the problem is.

I miss the cover area in pe by about 4 houses. Will iburst be instaling new towers soon. I did try contacting them but no luck. They do not give feednack on e-mails.

Contact Netformatix (iBurst Regional Agents), 086-111-4731, we will come and do a signal test.

Or PM me your details and I will contact you if you wish.
