Have had it with Sentech. Is the iBurst service better? Anyone else went this way?

It depends-

*if you have signal problems or other technical problems don't expect iBurst to be of any help. Make sure a reseller does a signal test and make sure you get decent speeds

*The other thing to watch out for is the billing. They are extremely doff when it comes to that. Make damn sure that the debit order goes off or else you will find yourself double, or tripe debited all in one go.

* Currently, most forms of p2p are blocked on the JHB portion of the network.

What JTech said.

A few people did move from Sentech to iBurst after Sentech dropped their Classic packages a while back. I suppose the service can be better, just make sure you test it before you buy, the service levels wrt speeds are completely dependand on your tower.

A dead carrier pigeon would be better than Sentech... at the moment p2p doesn't want to work on iBurst though :(
