Japanese actress caught in sheep 'poodle' scam

A Japanese actress inadvertantly blew the lid off a scam which had duped thousands of women into buying coiffured sheep in the belief they were poodles, the Evening Standard reports.

Maiko Kawakami appeared on a TV talk show with snaps of her pet, and admitted she wondered why it "didn't bark and refused to eat dog food". She was soon set straight - her dog was in fact a sheep.

April 1 has left us? This was so funny. 94.2 had comments about it on the drive show. That was my chuckle of the day, no make it of the year.
 
Sheep have hoofs, dogs have claws. Sheep are herbivores and dogs are carnivores. Not to mention the bark and the bleating. And most of all the teeth are different, just cannot remember the categories of memory, but surely the sheep is not going to gnaw a bone or have a tug of war or bite your most expensive pair of shoes to strips.
 
Come to think of it, the lawn would be well trimmed and the flowers gone.
Wonder if some of them had cannabis plants in the garden. That would explain their and the sheep’s confusion over identity.
 
wow, sheeps have to resort to this to get away from the aussies and kiwi's ;)
