Yeah, I just caught the end of it: John Robbie talking to the CEO of of the IT company responsible. I just heard the "We are doing our level best to resolve the situation in as short blah blah blah..."
There was a guy later on Jennifer's show who said he had installed both the lines into bedford under the old government. He said the one pipe went down in November, and that they had completely neglected to repair it, which is why when the second pipe went down recently there was no redundancy.
