As many of you know, I live in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The growth in this province is staggering because it looks like Canada potentially has the largest supply of oil in the world.

Needless to say the boom in this province is amazing. Some pundits compare the growth as the same as the growth in China.
That being said, Canada is:
Don't be surprised if you see one of these desks at the Canadian Consulate in SA. If the deal is signed, skilled workers will likely be fast tracked into Canada.
