There is something abnormally wrong with South Africa,as its too far developed for an African country, it doesnt fit in with the rest of Africa.

This country is returning to a state of what has been "normal" to Africa for thousands of years, so it can fit right in with the rest of the dark continent. (aka democractic revolution)

What we are seeing is just normal for African countries.

This is Africa, the moment we hit the bottom of the barrel, there will be a R30 levy so the ganafment can buy shovels to commence digging operations.

Yes, as HIV mutates so fast everyone has a different strain, however strains in Asia are very different from those in other parts of the world.

Why did it happen:
high rates of unemployment and crime and stringent labour laws were highlighted in the report as hindrances to economic development.

Local media speculated this may refer to the country's affirmative action policies, but Mosai said it could include discrimination in all areas from age to religion.

De Jager said South Africa's standing in terms of economic performance was "more or less" the same as last year's - with issues like unemployment and skills shortage the biggest drawbacks.

If I were to limit the list to people at my table I saw last night at an 'aksie' it would indicate that by the end of January 2008, South-Africa would have lost 2 school teachers and 4 accountants. The accountants are all CIMA managerial level.

There were 6 people at the table, 2 were engaged to school teachers, who would leave as a couple. The other 2 accountants said they would prefer to article for a year, to ensure they know what is going on practically before leaving the country.
