They are releasing 2 content packs for Crackdown soon....
This time though it's not just new agents they have actually added in new game types, weapons, modes, cars, Harpoons :D...
Man it looks awesome, I love this game.

If you don't like it (which is weird in itself) are you going to be using it to get into the Halo 3 beta?
If not I am sure you could sell that now since the Beta starts next Wednesday...
I don't think I will ever sell Crackdown though, it's just so much fun.

How big is the halo3 beta?
Big... that is pretty much as accurate as anyone can be at the moment ;)...
I would guess between 1 and 2 gigs....

That is what M$ are saying, the 16th of May...
The Beta then runs until the end of June, so 6 weeks basically... then it closes

What game do I need to be legible for the Halo 3 beta?

Crackdown, but only the one with the sticker stating it contains a Halo3 beta inside.

I personally found it to be one of the better games that I have played...
No other retail game has been inside my Xbox for the last 2 weeks now... Shame my GOW must be feeling neglected ;)

Bleh :( I really enjoy crackdown but I so need an HDTV to play it. The text is so damn small and on EDTV, the crappy res makes it somewhat unreadable from across the lounge. Otherwise, I'll just wear my glasses and enjoy the new content when it comes out. But but but... an HDTV is just so much more, er, practical than wearing specs :D Must try convince the wife about that sometime.

There is writing on the screen?
I just shoot the things that move and if it goes red on the left then they where the good guys else I am doing well :D
Seriously though I would also love a HDTV but that's not going to happen soon... I don't find Crackdown a problem on a SDTV though

You are supposed to agree so I can show my wife conclusive stats :D Else, just quickly say you have a 206cm CRT TV and it'll all be better.
Seriously though: I find the menu's a bit difficult to read, but my eyesite isn't perfect. I have the same issue with Brian Lara Cricket when the camera is following the ball, after being hit, I can't see the ball at all.

umm I meant to say that I don't find Carckdown a problem on a SDTV since I live in a hovel and sit 2 cm's away from my 72cm screen.... If I was any further away I don't think it would work.... ;)
I know what you mean though, the menus are not so good but I am getting used to that in most games and I can't even begin to dream about a HD at the moment so I just accept it.

Some scummy MyADSL member left Black Labels at my house on his last visit to JHB. I'd be willing to part with those. My stock, however, is above being charity. :D
(PS, apologies for going offtopic in your topic)

This sounds like a plan, there are quite a few 360 players around our area and we where thinking off having a mini lan/ braai / drinking session one of these days.
Families and the like would obviously be invited.. You would of course have to bring those beers as well :D
