I am of the opinion that the Bill is intended to gag the media. After all there are more politicians in scandals lately, I think they want to stop the little yapping poodle called 'The Media'

Seriousely though this bill is directed at the reigning in the media and the child porn things is just nonsense.
I am led to believe that the number of cases of child porn surfacing in the media can be counted on 1 hand, hardly enough reason to go to all this trouble.
