Recently my latency has gone up in smoke, and I really want to find out from the big T, whether or not they are doing upgrades at our exchanges in Bloem or what the hell is going on. I normally had a sweet ping of between 35ms and 35ms whilst playing BF2, but the past 1.5 weeks I have been pinging from 72ms - 99ms !!!! 
I would like to know now, can I phone 10219 or that toll free 0800375375 number to ask them, if they are doing upgrades at my local exchange or what ? Because its not my line (download at full line speed from IS news server and SGS FTP server), I dont get disconnects or poor line performance or anything and my SNR margin numbers are also very good.
So could it be that if they are performing upgrades, that my latency has gone belly up ? If so, I would just like to hear from them, if that is the case..
