Googled it and found a few sites that says its 64bit and others that says it supports 64bit OS (Vista 64, XP 64).

Afaik all Core 2 Duo is 64 bit except the Core 2 Solo and original Core.

I looked at the recent Intel chip map and there is a mind boggling array of different models and flavours ... Ultra Low Voltage ... bus speeds ...

I prefer the simpler days of just the 386DX and 386SX and the only diff was clockspeed.
