why p2p is slow of openweb uncapped account 2 weeks now

i am using bitcommit, it is download fast before. but it is slow about 30k/s totally with all 10 files downloading at the same time since two weeks ago. Is any other openweb user got a same problem?
 
Nope i don't think they acc's r shaped.

but erm isn't p2p only after hours if i not mistaken ?

O and wouldn't the recent weather condition affect Satlite transmission ? jis a guess :rolleyes:
