LOL. What is the idea of this? Are you going to ask him/her at least Why we weren’t informed about the 'planned' network maintenance the other day?

Please remember that the VM representative is virtual ;-)
We have 2 options
- Virtualize our problems
- De-virtualize our answers and get a REAL network.

Lets get a Holographic one... like in Star Trek, pops out in 3D in front of the monitor, and then when some weird anomaly in the Space Time Continuum comes along and makes it solid, it can do the garden, wash the dishes, iron the clothes, take calls, deal with customers, fill in the new two page tax form, go to the shops and get milk and bread

I need sleep

LOL ... Priceless.:D

Well it looks like we no longer have a Virgin rep. Surely if a VM employee saw this they would pass it up the line?

It's really strange that Gerald dont show. He always, and I mean always helped me with issues. But I'v emailed him last week, and he didn't respond. maybe he needed some rest after attending to all our complaints.:D I do hope he shows up.

The silence says it all. :D If Gerald comes on again one of the mods should do an IP check and see if he uses Virgin. :P

Dont worry guys, he'll get to you after he's sorted me out. lol

 Would that be in the region of a few million that it's taking so long?

Its the quality of service thats important, not the quantity.

With him goes any direct contact we have with VM :(

I think we have to ask whether we were getting any value out of the relationship. To many, I reckon little has changed. We certainly didn't get any snippets about things to come, any remarkable insight into the workings of the company. So maybe he wasn't really needed. A talking shop (?)

But he did sort out some of the subscribers problem:)

Who can we contact at Virgin to find out for sure if Gerald is still there or not? I must say he did help some of us in the past, including me. I mean we can expect of him to change the whole Virgin.

I wrote a few e-mails to Gerald and didn't even get a read receipt in return:(

Yes, sorry, I meant "can't".

Not getting a read receipt doesn't mean for certain that he didn't read your emails. But judging from his willingness to always help, he's either on holiday or he's left Virgin.
