Basically a domestic dispute between the dictator president and his wife nearly sparks a civil war...
BTW - this all happened at state house, in the middle of the capital, right next door to the Sheraton, Kampala...

It is interesting that none of the mainstream media carried a story that had the potential of being quite hillarious, but it is also very interesting that the story was only carried on the very biased Radio Katwe - wondering if it even happened
