In-car DVD: Player with headrest screens

Hi all,

I am looking for an in-car DVD system (not frontloading, and not installed as it will be moved between two vehicles).

Does anyone have any experiences to share relating to the units with the screens you strap onto the headrests?

Seriously though take a look at high-fi corporation, they usually sell stuff like that. My friend bought two units about a year ago from them...
 
You can get ones now that go where the sunvisors are. I saw a taxi driver watching a movie on the N2. :rolleyes:
 
There are other makes Jnc @ Pick'n Pay Hypermarkets for R999 and Sanui for R1799 and Clicks I think Safeway or JNC for R999.I avoid Diamond at all cost myself.

Hmm, I don't know ... haven't looked at them in such detail. I would *assume* the screens will actually have a video input jack, for their standard DVD player
 
Just thinking it would be nice to have on a long trip - preferable to a collection of DVDs?

Did you end up buying one? Is it worth it?
Do tell, which one did you go for? A short review would be greatly appreciated.
