Telkom slow end of month ?

Is anyone else experiencing slow torrents on telkom.. been going at 80K all day.. now 60's.. and yes they well seeded.. before 7 this morning they where going at 400k constant..

is it there end of the month story maybe...
 
May i add off HTTp it still does 400K.. so how do i bypass there shaping..

Slow here - the whole day - torrents still going at 12-20k...
 
Im also experiencing slow download speeds and opening of international websites….

well im on a 384k line.... managed 11k tops lol

Also i noticed my SNR which norm sits at 27 dropped to 20 at one stage and now its on 25.. wonder wats going on

Network load's probably increased due to it being the end of the month and everybody trying to finish their caps etc. so shaping becomes harsher.
 
I'm even battling to browse overseas sites.
Takes about 2 minutes to download a 40KB HTML page. :(
 
browsing is good for me.. but i don't understand.. they limit every stream to 70K it seems.. cause i download off torrent at 70.. stream a video at 70.. and now even my HTTP downloads at 70.. but i can do them all at once and go at 210K. :(
 
haven't tried torrents today, but even international http downloads have slowed down to a complete stand still, getting max 6 - 10 Kb/s on a 4mbit line.
 
I been downloadin some small apps, getting 40KB/s :D On a 384 kbps line :)

I got 85 MB international on my local account (SAIX) the other day (by accident) :o
 
i'm getting 2-6kb/s off megaupload since yesterday :( got 700mb to burn :(
