That's what I thought, I was just wondering how its defined, presumably movies would be covered, just not sure what else.
 
Interesting though.
No point in censoring anything if you cannot control the media as that is where the news breaks in the first place.
This is really good news for the public.

Definitely good news, I think the outcry was too much for them to be able to get away with it, they probably hoped to slip it through quietly.
