Sorry, I should have known that Solidarity's study would be aimed at white people in Eskom

As usual, Solidarity makes the assumption that all white staff at Eskom are highly skilled specialists who need to be retained at all costs. I'm sure some are, but there are alot of secretaries, low level HR people, accountants, lawyers, admin clerks etc. Not exactly key skills.
