local uncap through vpn to international sites

hi guys...

Just a quick question is it possible to connect my local adls connection through a vpn connection to browse internationally with my local account????

any help will be great thanks....
 
In short no, not unless you can connect via someone with international bandwidth.
 
You could connect via VPN to your work's network, then browse using their int. bandwidth!?!

Assuming that you are allowed/know how to do this!
 
yes the would work but are their any local servers that one could vpn and connect through that way????
