Does this governments desire to rip us off never cease? I bet you anything that the "contract" to make the new "security" plates will be awarded to a "struggle hero."
I also foresee that these new plates have to be renewed every 5 years, and that it will cost us R30.00 eNatis transaction fee to get some kind of print out prior to getting the plates made.
