Showdown looms over cellphone snooping law

if the criminals can't "buy" sim cards they'll steal them, being criminals already this is not an issue.the idea of having everyones details is a good idea (erm contract people don't count?) but don't apply to crims either,.

What guarantee do we have that it'll only be used to combat crime? Nah... it won't work.
 
Disable roaming in protest

Maybe the mobile networks should just agree to stop all roaming services in protest, and see how that goes down.......
