So, Bedfordview power is out yet again - twice in one day.
Anyone have any insight (or inside information) into the real issues?
Is it possible it is indeed just plain incompetence? Or is there sabotage involved?
If it is incompetence - o boy.
If its sabotage, by whom? Right wing forces? Or is it an attack on the life styles of the rich by a new age of "freedom fighters"?
