E-mail phone showdown

The E61i is a near-perfect handset but there is one niggling problem with it: like its predecessor, the e-mail application is a little unstable and occasionally shuts down of its own accord.

That's a niggling problem?

I'll take a Blackberry Curve please - that's my idea of a email phone. :)
 
I have the vanilla E61... and I love it... but there is one thing that bugs the hell out of me... the voice recorder button on the side is way too easy to hit... I am always accidentally bumping... even when just picking up the phone... and I know you're gonna tell me to keep the key lock on.. but it happens even when you are making normal calls.

it's damn irritating... and I have to clean about about 50 useless files every few days.... because the phone automatically saves every recording... it's even more keystrokes to delete the accidental recording!

Nokie blew it on the design of that thing and should have included a way to turn off the feature completely!!!

Strange, my E61 has been syncing directly with our Exchange server for the last 4 months without incident (using Nokia's Activesync client Mail for Exchange).
