If the people of Zim support the current government then they deserve what they are getting. Read/Heard somewhere that the total economic collapse of Zim is about 6 months away. Time to prepare the "fix teams" UN.

As far as I know all property transactions in Zim is subject to a 99 Year Leasehold.

Edit: Apparently some leaseholds are as low as 25 Years.

I think it is there already, judging by the exodus of people streaming across our border looking for anything other than the **** up back home.

However, will Africa learn from this? I doubt it.
Mugabe and his cronies will continue to blame the white man for everything that is wrong with "their" country.
Zimbabwe had some of the best quality white people, yet they turfed them out with nothing more than the shirts on their backs.
What comes round goes round as impoverished peasants scramble across the border with basically the shirts on their backs.

Now Zimbabwe have the Chinese and the Libyans to deal with and I will say no more on that matter.

well, unofficial rates for Zim$ is now around 800 000 to 1 Pound.
Never before have so many Zimbabweans had so much money....
